One Mind

OneMindResearchOne Mind is a new-model non-profit organization that will take the lead role in the research, funding, marketing, and public awareness of mental illness and brain injury, by bringing together the governmental, corporate, scientific, and philanthropic communities in a concerted effort to drastically reduce the social and economic effects of mental illness and brain injury within ten years. With ONE MIND as the hub for open-source big data and research, compelling the scientific, health care, and pharmaceutical communities to collaborate completely for the common good, we can decrease the time from research to treatment/cure from 30 years to less than 10!


DVIBC

DVBICThe Defense and Veterans Brain Injury Center (DVBIC) is a part of the U.S. military health system. Specifically, it is the traumatic brain injury (TBI) operational component of the Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (DCoE). Founded in 1992 by Congress, DVBIC’s responsibilities have grown as its network of care and treatment sites has grown.
DVBIC’s mission is to serve active duty military, their beneficiaries, and veterans with traumatic brain injuries through state-of-the-art clinical care, innovative clinical research initiatives and educational programs, and support for force health protection services. DVBIC fulfills this mission through ongoing collaboration with the DoD, military services, Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), civilian health partners, local communities, families and individuals with TBI.
